Returns & Refunds Policy

At RBNeurozyme Medics Private Limited, we take great care in sourcing, handling, and delivering health-related products. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and wellness supplements, we follow strict guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. No Returns on Opened Products

We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery. This is to maintain safety standards and avoid any risk of contamination.

2. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Leaking or broken

  • Incorrect or not matching your confirmed order

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. You will be required to share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, subject to stock availability

  • Or a full refund to the original payment method

3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All labels and batch information must be intact

  • Proof of damage or incorrect delivery must be provided

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase

  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification

5. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be canceled. For orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Products opened after delivery

  • Items damaged after receipt due to storage errors

  • Supplements not eligible for resale due to health safety laws
