RBNeurozyme Medics is a licensed third-party seller of health and wellness supplements including Vitamin C, Multivitamins, and Painkillers. We do not manufacture any product listed on this website. All products are sourced from verified pharmaceutical suppliers and dispatched with proper handling protocols.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or place an order. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into contracts and are not barred from receiving services under Indian law.

3. Product Information

  • All products listed are Over-The-Counter (OTC) and do not require a medical prescription.

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or directly through our website (if enabled).

  • We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (only in select areas).

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or agreed upon for COD.

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pune and other selected locations in India.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, depending on availability.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and opened.

  • In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement or refund based on case assessment.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

RBNeurozyme Medics shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, courier delays, strikes, etc.).
